Are you having difficulty connecting to your Internet Service Provider through
your VCOM software?
The form on this page will build the ixlaFTP.ini file specifically for your ISP.
All you need to do is select your Country and ISP from the list, enter your username,
and download the file.
When you click the "Download" button, please choose the "Save file" option from
the following dialog box. Make sure that you save the file in your VCOM software
folder
replacing the existing file.
Note: The default location for VCOM software is "C:\Program Files\V
Communications\(software
name)"
